摘要 研究热处理规范对在2.25Cr-1Mo钢上手工堆焊309钢、347钢的熔合区组织与性能的影响。研究表明,同一回火参数下,2.25Cr-1Mo钢+347钢堆焊焊缝的增碳现象较严重;在690℃的消除应力热处理温度下,保温5h时异种钢熔合区韧性最好。 The effect of heat treatment procedure on the structures and properties of fusion zone are investigated for surfacing layers of both 309 and 347 stainless steel on 2,25Cr-1Mo alloy steel base metal surfaced with manual arc process. The results show that the carbon increment in surfacing layer of 347 stainless steel is much higher than that of 309 stainless steel layer under the same condition of annealing treatment; the toughness of fusion zones reach to the maximum value under stress-relief condition at temperature 690℃ holding for 5 hours at that temperature.
