中国经济具有极大的发展潜力,世纪之初,中国经济将继续保持结构调整和增长的态势。但伴随反复性,今后数年GDP增速在7％左右波动都是正常的。中国政府应该放弃盯住GDP增速的目标,着重解决国有经济的改组和产业结构的升级。积极扶持中小企业和非国有经济的成长,创造公平的竞争环境,实现平等待遇。
China's economy will be characterized by strctural readjusment and constant growth during the first years of the century.However,there may be fluctuation,Fluctuation of the GDP growth rate around 7% should be taken as normal for the nextfew years. The central government should abandon the goal of mere GDP growth and focus its attention on such issues as restructuring state-owned ceonomy,fostering minor cnterprises and non-stationed ceonomy,encouraging fair and reasonable competiton and cqual condition for enterprises of fifferent kinds.
