摘要
目的 :进一步探索在创伤中电针镇痛和免疫调节的 β -Ep机制。方法 :以创伤大鼠为模型 ,同时外周注射阿片受体拮抗剂纳络酮 ,观测电针镇痛和免疫调节的不同效应。并且以放射免疫法检测下丘脑、垂体、血液、伤口周围组织的 β -Ep含量变化。结果 :电针可极明显降低血中 β -Ep含量 ,同时提高伤口周围组织 β -Ep。结论 :在创伤中电针镇痛的机理在于电针一方面提高伤口周围组织 β-Ep的含量 ,另一方面可能加强伤口周围组织
Objective :To further probe effect mechanism of β-Endorphin about electroacupuncture analgesic and immunonodulation in trauma. Methods :Traumatic rat model was built while opioid antagonist Naloxane was injected into abdomen and different effect about electroacupuncture analgesic and immunonodulation was observed.Then we tested β-Endorphin content in hypothalamus,pituitary,blood plasma and tissue around wound by radioimmunoassay(RIA). Results :Electroacupuncture may greatly redure content of β-Endorphin in blood and increase content of β-Endorphin in tissue around wound. Conclusions :Mechanism of electroacupuncture analgesic in trauma has two,one is that electroacupuncture can increase β-Endorphin content in tissue around wound,the other is that electroacupuncture can enhance express of β-Endorphin receptor in tissue around wound.
