氟康唑胶囊的溶出度考察

Investigation on the dissolubility of fluconazole capsule in vitro

目的:通过体外溶出度的测定,对不同厂家氟康唑胶囊进行质量评价。方法:采用桨法测定溶出度,并对其溶出参数(Td、T50、m)进行统计处理。结果:不同厂家的产品之间,溶出速率相差很大(P＜0.01),B厂溶出最快,A厂最慢。结论:不同厂家的产品内在质量有显著差异。

Objective: Determine the dissolubilities of fluconazole capsules produced by different factories and compare them. Method: Using oar method determine the dissolubilities and the dissolution parameter(Td. T50. m) were processed statistical-ly. Results: There were significant differences in dissolubility between the products from different - factories( P < 0. 01), factory B dis-solved most quickly, factory A did most slowly. Conclusion: There were significant differences in quality between the fluconazole capsules produced by different factories.
