行为神经测定评价复方丹参注射液临床疗效

NBNA evaluate clinical curative effect of compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection

目的:探讨复方丹参注射液治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的临床疗效。方法:用行为神经测定(NBNA)评价复方丹参注射液近期疗效。结果:复方丹参注射液治疗组与对照组比较有效率差异显著(X2＝6.41,P＜0.05),显效率差异显著(X2＝4.29,P＜0.05),经一个疗程治疗后,NBNA评分差异显著(t=2.27,P＜0.05),经二个疗程治疗后,差异更显著(t＝3.12,P＜0.01)。结论:复方丹参注射液治疗HIE疗效满意,值得推广。

Objective: To evaluate the clinical curative effect of compound danshen injection, which is used to cure newborn HIE. Methods: To evaluate the near term effect of compound danshen injection by NBNA. Results: In comparison with the contrast group, compound salvia miltiorrhiga injection treatment group has remarkable difference of effectiveness(x2 = 6. 41, P < 0. 05) and has re markable difference of the marked efficiency (x2 = 4. 29, P < 0. 05). After a course of treatment, the difference between NBNA marks is remarkable (t=2.27, P <0. 05). After2 courses of treatment, the difference between NBNA marks is more remarkable(t = 3. 12, P <0.01) . Conclusion: Compound danshen injection has satisfactory curative effect to cure HIE, and is worth spreading.
