儿童型急支糖浆临床疗效评价

The evaluation of clinical curative effect of children's acute bronchitis syrup

目的:探讨儿童型急支糖浆佐治小儿咳嗽的疗效;方法:选择我院急性上呼吸道感染、支气管炎及肺炎伴咳嗽和/或咳痰的患儿分成3组,在综合治疗的基础上,加用儿童型急支糖浆止咳,观察5天;结果:各年龄组间疗效无差异,各疾病组间其疗效无差异,显效56%,好转38.5%,无效 5.5%,有效率 94.5%,不良反应以轻微胃肠道反应为主,发生率2.2%,不停药可消失;结论:儿童型急支糖浆治疗各年龄阶段的小儿咳嗽疗效显著;未发现肝脏、肾脏及皮肤等损害;是治疗小儿咳嗽理想的中成药。

Objective: To make the curative effect of children' s cough by children' s acute bronchitis syrup(CABS). Methods: The accompanied cough and (or)phlegm ill children with acute upper respiratory infection.bronchitis and pneumonia was divided into three groups, and was observed five days by treatment of the ceased coughing in the base of synthetic treatments of the added CABS. Results: Clinical curative effect was not difference in every age group and every illness group. Striking effective rate was 56%, invalid rate was 5. 5% , and effective rate was 94. 5% . The chief of medicine side effect was light belly reaction (2. 2% ), and might vanish if we didn t stop medicine. Conclusion: Clinical curative effect of CABS was significant in treating children's cough at any ages, we didn's discover the damage of liver,kidney and skin. It is an ideal Chinese medicine what treats children coughing.
