28例急性坏死性筋膜炎的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 28 Cases of Acute Necrotizing Fasciitis

目的 :探讨急性坏死性筋膜炎的早期诊断及治疗。方法 :回顾分析 2 8例急性坏死性筋膜炎的临床资料 ,并对其发生原因、部位、诊断和治疗方法进行讨论。结果 :2 8例中 2 7例经及时广泛切开、彻底清创、通畅引流 ,有效抗生素应用和支持治疗 ,本组2 6例治愈 ,2例死亡。结论 :提高对本病的认识 ,早期诊断 。

Objective: To study the early diagnosis and treatment of acute necrotizing fasciitis. Methods: 28 cases with acute necrotizing were retrospectiv ely analysed to investigate the cause, location, diagnosis and therapy. Results: Of 28 cases,27 were treated with early multiple incisio n and drainage with combination of complete debridement,antibiotics and supporti ng therapy,26 were cured and 2 died. Conclusion: The key to increase cure rate is improving recognition of the disease,early diagnosis,operation in time and postoperative synthesis therapy.
