利用指背部皮瓣修复手指软组织缺损

Experience of Soft Tissue Defects of Fingers Repaired by Dorsal Digital Skin Flaps

目的 :总结应用手指背部皮瓣修复外伤后手指软组织缺损的经验。方法 :对 12 8例外伤后手指软组织缺损分别采用侧方蒂邻指皮瓣 ( 78例 )、近端蒂邻指皮瓣 ( 3 4例 )、示指近节背侧皮瓣 ( 5例 )及其它近节指背皮瓣 ( 4例 )、指背推进皮瓣 ( 2例 )与指背旗形皮瓣 ( 5例 )进行修复。结果 :除 2例皮瓣远端有小部分坏死外 ,其余皮瓣均成活良好。结论 :多种指背部皮瓣修复手指软组织缺损其方法简便 ,皮瓣成活可靠 。

Objective: To report the clinical application of dorsal digital sk in flaps in repairing for the soft tissue defects of fingers. Methods: The so ft tissue defects of fingers in 128 cases were repaired by the different dorsal digital skin flaps. Results: 126 skin flaps were survived. Two flaps had part ial loss. Conclusion: The dorsal digital skin flaps for repairing the soft tiss ue defects of fingers are reliable. The operations are easy to do. The medical costs are less expensive.
