Treatment of Bromidrosis by Using a Small Incision Approach in 295 Cases

目的 :介绍一种小切口剥除法治疗腋臭。方法 :经腋窝中部约 3cm切口剥除皮下大汗腺组织治疗腋臭 2 95例。结果 :随访 13 2例 ,有效率 10 0 % ,气味减轻不要求进一步治疗者 5例 ,要求再次手术 7例。出血、血肿、皮肤坏死是最常见并发症。结论 :小切口剥除治疗腋臭效果确切可靠 ,术后瘢痕小。

Objective: To introduce a technique for treatment o f u nderarm odour with a small incision approach. Methods: Apocrine glan d was removed with a 3cm length incision in the middle of axilla. Results: Under follow-up in 132 cases, the underarm odour was decreased in all pa tients. Seven cases with less effect received the second operation to ach ieve the perfect result. The complications were bleeding, hematoma and partial s kin necrosis. Conclusion: The technique with a small incision approa ch is effective for treatment of axillary odour. The scar is invisible post oper atively.
