肾脏疾病远程诊断86例分析

The Analysis of 86 Cases of Telediagnosis of Renal Diseases

目的 :讨论肾脏疾病远程诊断的情况 ,并与心、肺、消化和肝肿瘤科 4科作比较。资料与方法 :从 3 15 8例进行远程会诊的病例中 ,随机抽取 160 0名 ,用均数计算和卡方检验 ,分析其中 86例肾脏疾病的远程会诊情况。结果 :远程会诊的病种几乎涉及所有肾脏疾病 ,患者平均年龄较小但年龄分布与住院病人一致 ,会诊所附检查资料多可化为文字类型 ,会诊目的绝大多数是要求明确诊断 ( 73 .2 % )和提供治疗方案 ( 93 .0 % ) ,服务方专家则对原诊断和 (或 )治疗提出修改意见或提供新的诊疗计划。结论 :肾脏疾病远程诊断已经成熟并在临床发挥了巨大作用 ,但还存在一些问题。肾脏疾病的远程病理诊断及血透病人的远程监护有待进一步的发展。

Objective: To discuss the situation of telediagnosis of renal diseases, and to com pare it with that of the diseases of cardiology, pneumology, gastroenterology and liver oncology. Material and methods: To analyze the 86 cases obtained from the 1600 teleconsulta tion cases randomly selected from the total 3158 ones.Statistic analyses were pe rformed with the t-test or the Chi-square test. Results: Nearly all of the common diseases of the nephrology are embr aced. Although the patients were relatively young, but distribution was in c onformity with that of inpatients. The auxiliary medical examination discoveries attached could be turned into verbal form. The objectives of teleconsultation were mainly asking for diagnosis(73.2%) and treating plans(93.0%). Specialists o n the serving side offered proposals on the diagnosis and treatment, or new plan s of diagnosis and treatment. Conclusion: There are still some problems, concerning the teledi agnosis of renal diseases, although it is ready for clinical application and has functioned quit e well. Telepathological diagnosis of kidney diseases and telemonitoring of hemo dialysis patients still need to be developed.
