杂交大白鼠眼前房免疫特许部位的研究

Study of Immunite Characteristic Area of Camera Anterior Bulbi of Hybrid Rat

目的 论证眼前房对同种甲状腺移植物是否有保护作用。方法 用大白鼠进行甲状腺眼前房埋植实验。结果 甲状腺眼前房移植存活情况明显好于其它部位的移植。结论 眼前房对同种甲状腺移植物不是绝对的特许部位 ,仍受肌体排斥反应规律的支配 。

Objective To approach the protection of camera anterior bulbi to thyroid homograft. Methods Using the thyroid implantation in camera anterior bulbi of hamster. Results The survival rat of homograft in camera anterior bulbi is obvious better than transplantation of other area. Conclusion Camera anterior anterior bulbi is not absolute characteristic area to thyroid homograft, and it is still controlled by the rote of roganism rejection, but it has correction.
