本文报导了用Nd:YAG倍频激光泵浦的KNbO_3单谐光参量振荡器。获得了0.93-1.24μm的调谐输出,转换效率为10%。用它泵浦一根10μm粗、5mm长的DAN光纤,可同时发生倍频及和频过程,非线性混频的效率达2%。
A single resonance optical parametric oscillator of KNbO_3 pumped by a frequencydoubled Nd: YAG laser is reported.A tuning range of 0.93-1.24μm and a conversionefficiency of 10% have been obtained.Utilizing the OPO to pump a DAN fiber with10μm core diameter and 5mm length, the SHG of signal and idler light and theirSFGcan be simultaneously realized.A nonlinear conversion of 20% has been achievedat the degeneration point.
