摘要
目的 剖查乳头和乳晕的神经分布 ,为临床提供参考资料。②方法 利用 2 0具成年女性尸体 ,对其左右共 40侧乳房进行了解剖 ,在肉眼观察的基础上用解剖放大镜观察。③结果 成年女性乳头和乳晕神经分布的特点为 :第 4肋间神经外侧皮支在乳头外下方与乳头垂线约成 6 0°行向乳头 ,途中分出 5条浅支 ,其中央支支配乳头 ,其余 4支支配乳晕。④结论 分布于乳头和乳晕的神经是第 4肋间神经的外侧皮支 ,且行程较恒定 。
Objective\ To study the innervation in mamma areolata and nipple and provide data for clinical reference. Methods\ Twenty adult females corpses were dissected and inspected by gross and magnifier examination.\ Results\ The patterns of innervation of the mamma areolata and nipple were as follows: lateral cutaneous branch of the fourth intercostal nerve makes its way to the nipple at a angle of 60 degrees to the mamillary sagital line, and ends in five branches, in which ,the middle one innervates the nipple ,while the other four innervate the mamma areolata. \ Conclusion\ The innervation of mamma areolata and nipple comes from lateral cutaneous branches of the fourth intercostal nerve. The routes are relatively constant. This feature is of definite value for reference in breast surgery.
