人工晶体植入后大泡性角膜病变的穿透性角膜移植

Evaluation of penetrating keratoplasty for bullous keratopathy after intraocular lens implantation

目的 :评价穿透性角膜移植 (Penetrating Keratoplasty,PK)治疗人工晶体植入后大泡性角膜病变 (Bullous Keratopathy,BK)的临床疗效。方法 :采用 PK治疗人工晶体植入后的 BK12例 (12眼 ) ,观察术后角膜植片及视力变化。结果 :随访 8～ 14个月 ,平均 10 .6个月 ,角膜植片透明 10例 ,半透明 2例 ,术后视力提高 8例 ,视力无改变的 3例 ,视力下降1例。全部病人眼部刺激症状消失。术后继发青光眼 3例。结论 :PK是治疗人工晶体植入后 BK的一种理想的手术方式 。

Objective: To evaluate the effects of penetrating keratoplasty for the treatment of bullous keratopathy (BK) after intraocular lens implantation. Methods: Penetrating keratoplasty was performed on BK (12cases, 12 eyes), which was induced by intraocular lens implantation. Corneal grafts and the changes in visual acuity were observed. Results: All patients were followed-up for 8-14 months (mean. 10. 6 months). Grafts of 10 cases were transparent and the other 2 cases were semitransparent. Visual acuity was improved in 8 cases. No change was shown in 3 cases and in one case the vision was less than that of pre-operation. All symptoms disappeared. Secondary glaucoma was seen post-operatively in 3 cases. Conctusion: Penetrating keratoplasty is an effective nethal for bullous kerat'opathywhich is induced by intraocular lens implantation.
