摘要
本文介绍了用非线性倍频技术使Nd:YAG脉冲激光器产生四倍频2660A紫外激光输出,并以此为光源研制出紫外激光缩微打标机。同时介绍了在人工晶体材料上打标的情况。
This paper presents generation of Laser output of 0.266μm which is obtained fromNd: YAG laser by two times nonlinear doubling frequency, describes the develop-ment of a UV laser micro-marker with the UV source, and also gives some markingresults in UY--absorbing intraocular lenses.
