A Simple Revision of Nonlinear Response of Photodetector

本文给出了一种采用中性滤光片对光电探测器的非线性响应作修正的方法。

This paper is concerned with a simple method of revision of nonlinear respons eof photodetector by means of a neutral filter. The approach is based on the hypo-thesis that sensitivity S of photodetector changes with radiant flux. Taking intoconsideration of a neutral filter as a flux attenuator,a revisionary formula of no-nlinear response of photo detector is derived. Tests have been carried out, andcomparison with biaperture method suggests the reliability of the method.
