双吻合器技术在直肠癌外科手术中的应用

The Application of Double Anastomats in Rectal Carcinoma Surgery

为了评价双吻合器技术在直肠癌保肛手术应用中的安全性和实用性 .回顾分析了 1998年以来应用双吻合器行结直肠吻合术治疗直肠癌 96例的经验 .结果 :本组 96例应用双吻合器的手术中直肠闭合和吻合进程顺利 ,术后发生吻合口瘘 2例 ( 2 0 8% ) ,吻合口狭窄 3例 ( 3 1% )均经相应保守疗法治愈 ;1例( 1 0 4 % )非手术直接原因术后两周并发急性肾功衰竭死亡 .结果表明 :双吻合器吻合法可作为低位直肠癌保肛手术的一种安全可靠的术式选择 .

To test the safety and practicability of double anastomat application in anus protection during rectal carcinoma surgery, 96 cases of rectal carcinoma surgeries were analyzed by double anastomats scince 1998. 96 surgeries were successful with 2 cases of postanastomotic doudenal fistula (2 08%), 3 cases of narrow anastomotic stoma which were cured by conservative treatment (3 1%),and 1 case of death (1 04%) from acute renal failure two weeks later which had nothing to do with the operation. It was concluded that double anastomat anastomosis was safe, reliable surgical option for anus protection in low rectal carcinoma surgery.
