放疗加热疗治疗体表恶性肿瘤的研究

The Research of Radiotherapy and Thermotherapy for Superficial Cancer

为了探讨热疗配合放疗对恶性肿瘤的杀伤作用和机制 ,用移植胰腺癌的小鼠行热疗实验 ,热疗加放疗治疗鼻咽癌颈淋巴结转移灶 2 0例 ,单纯放疗 (对照 ) 2 0例 ,单纯热疗乳腺癌术后胸壁复发 5例 .结果表明 :热疗后荷瘤小鼠肿瘤体积缩小 ,肿瘤周边部细胞活率及再接种小鼠的成瘤率明显下降 .热放疗组的病灶全消率提高 ,放射剂量减少 ,组织学检查证实热疗后癌细胞核碎裂、坏死 .结论 :热疗对肿瘤有明显抑制杀伤作用 ,配合放疗能有效提高肿瘤全消率 ,减少放疗剂量 .

TO study the effect and mechanism of radiotherapy to malignant tumor, 20 cases of nosopharyngeal cancer with matastatic cervical lymph nodes were treated with radiotherapy together with thermotherapy on the mice with transplantable pancreatic cancer, while 20 cases of the same patients were treated only with radiotherapy, and 5 cases of recurrent chest wall breast cancer were treated only with themotherapy as the control group. The results revealed that the tumor area in thermotherapy mice was reduced with the decreased peripherall tumor cell survival rate and the retransplanting success rate for mouse. In the radiotherapy and thermotherapy group, the tumor complete remission rate was increased with the decreased radiotherapy dosage. Pathological examination indicated that there were cancer cell karyorrhexis and necrosis after thermotherapy. It was concluded that thermotherapy can inhabit and kill cancer cells, increase tumor complete remission rate and decrease radiotherapy dosage if combined with radiotherapy.
