摘要
为探讨血清游离脂肪酸各组分在高脂血症性脂肪肝形成过程中的变化 ,并为其治疗方案提供依据。通过高脂食饵性饲养建立高脂血症性脂肪肝大鼠模型 ,测定其血清游离脂肪酸 ( FFA )组分 ,并与对照组进行比较。结果显示 ,与对照组相比 ,高脂血症性脂肪肝模型 FFA各组分中棕榈酸 ( C16∶ 0 )、亚油酸 ( C18∶ 2 )增高 ( P均 <0 .0 5 ) ,肉豆蔻酸 ( C14∶ 0 )明显增高 ( P<0 .0 1) ,而硬脂酸 ( C18∶ 0 )、花生四烯酸 ( C2 0∶ 4 )则显著降低 ( P均 <0 .0 1) ,月桂酸 ( C12∶ 0 )、油酸 ( C18∶ 1)变化不明显。提示高脂血症脂肪肝血 FFA组分有特征性改变 ,C18∶ 2可能无防治脂肪肝的作用。
To probe the averation of every component of serum free fatty acids in the development of hyperlipidemic fatty liver,and to provoid evident for therapy regime to hyperlipidemic fatty liver.Rat models with hyperlipidemic fatty liver were set up by high fat diet.Examed diffrent component of therir serum free fatty acids and contrasted with the control group.The results showed that contrasted with the control groups,in the diffrent component of their serum free fatty acids in the hyperlipidemic fatty liver models Palmitic(C16∶0),Linoleic(C18∶2),increased(P<0.05) Myristic(C14∶0)increased significantly.While Stearic(C18∶0),Arachidnoic(C20∶4)decreased significantly,Lauric(C12∶0)and Oleic(C18∶1)had no significant change.This indicate that component of serum free fatty acids in hyperlipidemic fatty liver has specially averation.C18∶2 probally has no effect in treatment to hyper lipidemiac fatty liver.
