综合康复疗法对脑外伤偏瘫患者肢体运动功能恢复的影响

Influence of synthetic rehabilitation therapy on motor function recovery of brain injury patients with hemiplegia

目的 观察综合康复治疗对颅脑外伤偏瘫患者运动功能恢复的影响。方法 将 6 4例颅脑外伤合并偏瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,每组 32例。两组病人治疗均从术后第 3周开始 ,疗程 6周。治疗组采用心理、认知、作业治疗及促进技术疗法 ;对照组采用促进技术疗法。采用Fugl -Meyer运动评分 (FMA)和Barthel指数对两组治疗前后进行评价。结果 经FMA、Barthel指数评价 :治疗前两组间无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,但治疗后治疗组肢体运动功能改善与对照组有显著差异 (P <0 0 1)。

Objective To observe influence of synthetic rehabilitation therapy on motor function of brain injury hemiplegic patients.Methods 64 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group consisted of 32 patients.The six-week treatment of two groups was started from the third week after operation.The treatment group underwent psychotherapy,cognitive training,occupational therapy and facilitation technique therapy;the control group underwent facilitation technique therapy only.The two groups were assessed by the Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA) and Barthel index between pre-treatment and post-treatment.Results The evaluation scores of FMA and Barthel index demonstrated that there were no significant difference between two groups before treatment(P>0 05),but after treatment,the improvement of extremity motor function in treatment group was more significant than that in control group(P<0 01).Conclusion Synthetic rehabilitation therapy can obviously accelerate motor function recovery in brain injury hemiplegic patients.
