摘要
目的 :研究垂体—甲状腺轴激素变化 ,探讨脾虚证的本质。方法 :采用免疫放射分析法和放射免疫分析法 ,测定各组大鼠血清T3、T4,FT3、FT4,γT3及其垂体、血清TSH的含量。结果 :脾虚组、自复组大鼠血清T3、T4,FT3、FT4以及垂体TSH含量均较正常组为低 ,有极显著差异 (P <0 0 1) ;血清TSH量均较正常组为高 ,有极显著差异 (P <0 0 1)。脾虚组、自复组大鼠血清T3、T4,FT3、FT4以及垂体TSH含量均较治疗组为低 ,有显著差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ;血清TSH量均较治疗组为高 ,有极显著差异 (P <0 0 1)。治疗组大鼠的上述指标与正常组无显著性差异。结论 :垂体 -甲状腺轴功能低下 ,相应激素变化是脾虚证客观指标之一 ,能部分反映脾虚证的本质 ,四君子汤通过调节该轴功能 ,进而通过神经内分泌—免疫调节环路 ,健脾益气治疗脾虚证。
AIM:To find out the changes of hormones of pituitary-thyroid axis in rat model of spleen-asthenia.METHODS The immunoradionmetric assay and the radioimmunoassay were applied to measure the hormones of pituitary-thyroid axis of every rat.RESULTS:①In spleen-asthenia group and spontaneous rehabilitaion group,rat T 3,T 4,FT 3,FT 4 serum levels,and the contentsofTSHpituitary levels were lower than those in control group (P<0 01);And TSH serum levels were higher than those in control group (P<0 01);②In spleen-asthenia group and spontaneous rehabilitaion group,rat T 3,T 4,FT 3,FT 4 serum levels,and the contents of TSH pituitary levels were lower than those in treated by sjiunzi decoction group (P<0 05);And TSH serum levels were higher than those in treated by sijunzi decoction group (P<0 05);③The papameters in contral group and treated by sijunzi decoction group had no significant difference.CONCLUSION:The disordered pituitary-thyroid axis may be an important factor in progression of spleen-asthenia.
