摘要
本实验首次用荧光法测定了卷烟烟雾磷酸缓冲液中H_2O_2的生成量。三支卷烟烟雾30分钟匀速通过10mL的0.1MpH7.4的磷酸缓冲液,在25℃放置30分钟之后,其中的H_2O_2达到最大浓度:1.0μg/mL左右。
This is the first experiment determined, with fluorometry, the amount of hydrogen peroxide generated from three cigarettes smoke was passed evenly through 10mL of 0.1 M, pH 7.4 phosphate buffer. The highest concentration in the solution was found about 1.0 Ug/mL after the solution was kept at 25℃ for 30 min.
