摘要
研究了在吐温—80存在下,用真曙红与2,9-二甲基-1,10-邻二氮杂菲-铜(Ⅰ)离子缔合,形成三元配合物,从而使灵敏度得到更大提高(ε562=1.8×10~5),进行水相直接比色。显色反应酸度为pH5.06—5.68,颜色稳定,操作简便,使其测定微量铜兼有选择性好、灵敏度高的特点,用于地下矿泉水测定微量铜得到满意结果。
A ternary ion-association complex of copper is formed with 2,9-dimethyl-1,10-phenanthroline and erythrosin in the presence of Tween-80. Its maximum absorption observed at 562nm with molar absoptivity 1.8×10~5 L. mol^(-1). cm^(-1) The colour remains stable for Ih. For cu content within 0~7μg/25ml Beer′ss law is followed. Many cationsand anions do not interfere. The method has been successfully applied to the determination of Cu in the subterranean water samples.
