摘要
本文研究了在阿拉伯树胶和TritonX-100存在下,铅与碘化钾和丁基罗丹明B形成缔合型三元配合物的高灵敏显色反应。配合物的最大吸收波长为614nm,摩尔吸光系数为2.3×10~5L·mol^(-1)Cm^(-1),0-0.4μg·ml^(-1)铅服从朗白比耳定律。该法可满意地应用于饮料中微量铅的测定。
A new supersensitive colour reaction of pb has been developed which is based on the formation of ionassociation complex with potassium iodide and butylrhodamine B in the presence of arabic gum and Triton x-100. The maximum absorption is at 614 nm, and its apparent molar absorptivity is 2.3×10~5 L. mol^(-1). cm^(-1). Beer′s law is followed over the range of 0 -0.4 μg. ml^(-1) Pb. It is satisfactorily applicable to drink analysis.
