On Staff Construction of College Librarians in the Knowledge-based Economy

从分析传统图书馆向现代化图书馆过渡时期 ,高校图书馆员队伍中存在的主要问题入手 ,论述了如何才能建好一支能适应知识经济时代现代化图书馆发展需要的高校图书馆员队伍 ,并提供了具体的方法和措施及参考建议。

By analysis of some major problems existing among the staff of college libraries in the trasition from traditional libraries to modern ones,this paper deal with the staff construction of college libraries in which the librarians can adapt themselves to the need of modern libraries in the knowledge-based economy era.Some specific methods,measures and suggestions are also put forward here.
