This paper discusses the innovative labor from its historical evolvement, its measurement, its investment and returns, and its laborer's salary and reward by comparing it with conventional labor. It expatiates on that the innovative labor growth and its effect increasing lead to knowledge economy, proposes formulae for the measurement of innovative labor, and inquires into how to form good circle of its investment and returus and to pay the innovative laborers in accordance with the principle of distribution according to work.
