肺结核血清胆碱酯酶的变化

The Changes in Serum Cholinesterase of Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis

测定５０例肺结核患者与２７例正常人的血清胆碱酯酶活性，并就此作对比分析。结果：肺结核稳定期、好转期患者与正常人两者的血清胆碱酯酶活性比较无明显差异，Ｐ＞０．０５；而进展期肺结核患者血清胆碱酯酶活性明显降低，好转期上升，两者比较有显著差异，Ｐ＜０．０１；粟粒型和合并肺外结核者与其他进展期肺结核患者之血清胆碱酯酶活性比较有明显差异，Ｐ＜０．０５。提示测定血清胆碱酯酶活性有助于肺结核的病情判断及诊断。

The activity of serum cholinexterase was measured and compared in fifty patients withpulmonary tuberculosis and 27 normal people.The results showed no signmcant differencein the level of serum cholinesterase between the normal people and patients in stable or in re-solving stage(P>0.05),but that in progressive stage decreased significantly and in resolv-ing stage increased gradually(P<0.01).The decrease in serum cholinesterase of patientswith miliary tuberculosis and patients with pulmonary tuberculosis accompanied by tubercu-losis of other organs was more prominent than other pulmonary tuberculosis patients in pro-gressive stage (P<0.05);Therefore,the measurement of serum cholinesterase might behelpful in the diagnosis and assessment of the severity of pulmonary tuberculosis.
