瓜蒌散结汤治疗乳腺增生病68例疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of Gualuosanjie decoction on 68 cases of hyperplasia of mammary glands

目的 观察瓜蒌散结汤治疗乳腺增生病疗效。方法 治疗组 68例用瓜蒌散结汤治疗 ,水煎服 ,日 1剂 ;对照组 60例口服乳癖消片 ,每次 5片 ,每日 3次。 2组均 1个月经周期为 1个疗程 ,2个疗程后统计疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率为 92 .6% ,对照组为 71.7% ,2组比较有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 瓜蒌散结汤治疗乳腺增生病疗效确切。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Gualuosanjie decoction in treating hyperplasia of mammary glands. Methods In treatment group (n=68) Gualuosanjie decoction was orally taken one dose per day; in control group(n=60) Rupixiao tablets were given orally 5 tablets each time, three times per day,with a treatment course of one menstrual cycle, the therapeutic effects were evaluated after two treatment courses for both groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment group (92.6%) was significantly higher than that in control group(71.7%),there was significant difference between two groups( P< 0. 01) . Conclusion Gualuosanjie decoction has definite therapeutic effect on hyperplasia of mammary glands.
