施普瑞胶囊在肿瘤化疗中的应用价值初探

Exploration on Value Shipurui(Spirulina)Capsule Applied in Chemical therapy in treating Cancer

目的 :初步探讨施普瑞 (螺旋藻 )胶囊在肿瘤化疗中的应用价值。方法 :87例恶性肿瘤患者在化疗同时服用施普瑞胶囊 ,每次 1.40g ,每日 3次 ,对照组 6 2例肿瘤患者化疗同时口服利血生 ,每次 2 0mg,每日 3次。化疗前及服药 4周后分别测定血常规、自然杀伤细胞活性并观察临床症状改善情况。结果 :施普瑞组化疗后白细胞、血红蛋白无显著变化 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,自然杀伤细胞活性显著提高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,临床总有效率83.9% ;对照组化疗后白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板及自然杀伤细胞活性均显著降低 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :施普瑞在化疗中可有效地防止白细胞及血红蛋白的减少 ,提高自然杀伤细胞活性并改善临床症状 。

Objective:value of Shipurui Capsules applied in anti-cancer in chemical therapy.Method:87 Patients suffered from malignat cancer took Shipurui capshles,1.40g once,3 times a day in chemical therapy treating period.62 patients in the comtrol group took oral Lixuesheng,20mg onec,3 times a day in chemical therapy treating period.Blood route examination and natural killer cell activity was measured before chemical therapy and after taking drugs for four weeks to observe the improvement of chinical symptom.Results:The group which took Shipurui had no significant change in white cell and hemoglobin after chemical treatment(P>0.05).Natural killer cell activity decreased significantly in the control group(P<0.01) Conclusin:Shipurui capsule could prevent the decrease of white cell,hemoglobin,increase natural killer cell activity to improve the clinical symptom.It was worth to exploit it further.
