摘要
以创维杯全国大学生数模竞赛中随机因素的优化问题为例 ,对自动化车床最优维修策略进行深入探讨和研究。该问题具有较强的实际应用背景 ,将定期检查和预防性刀具更换作用于同一工序流程 ,我们用变分和概率的方法 ,建立一个效益损失函数和变分模型 ,求出了最优的检查方案和刀具更换周期 ,并对系统进行了优化。该模型在工业生产中具有广泛的实用性 ,模型中所有算法均用 Math Cad 7.0实现。
In this paper, we discussed the random optimization problem about managing system of automatic lathe in the university student mathematics model contest of China in detail. To solve the problem, we used variational method and probability to establish the function of the breakage beneficial result and to build up variational model. Then we optimized the model gradually. Our model could be widely applied in industry. All the algorithms were realized by MathCad 7.0.
