摘要
文章在传统的 LPC算法基础之上,提出一种简洁高效的语音分析合成算法,它通过动态平滑算法优化基音提取,通过分裂矢量量化降低 LSP参数的编码速率,最终得到速率为 1.44Kbps的高可懂度,高清晰度合成语音。由于本算法计算量小,编码效率高,非常适宜于专用芯片的设计。
This paper presents a simple and efficient speech coding algorithm based on traditional LPC algorithm. By employing dynamic smoothing method to optimize the pitch detector and split vector quantization to reduce coding rate of LSP parameters, a high level of speech quality and intelligibility is achieved at 1.440 Kb/s. Because of the low computation complexity and high efficiency of coding, it is one of the best algorithms suitable for ASIC design.
