MM-350晶体管脉冲电源的工作原理和电路分析

摘要 MM-350晶体管电源是日本大阪变压器公司产品。对其工作原理及电路结构进行了分析。本机采用单元脉冲控制法实现低碳钢、不锈钢的无飞溅焊接,通过模式转换电路和脉冲控制电路保证在各种焊接模式下,具有合适的单元脉冲能量,能实现焊接参数的一元化调节,同时也可以进行非脉冲焊。实际应用表明,该机性能优良,很有推广价值。 The priciple and circuit of MM-350transistor welding power source made in OTC Japan is analyzed in the paper. The main characteritics of the power source are as follow. It can complete the welding for mild and stainless steels without any spatter by unit control; ensure suitable unit pulse energy under a variety of welding mode by mode control and pulse control oircuits; bring about unified adjustment of welding parameters and it can work for non-pulse welding, too.The practical operations have shown that the functions of power are exellent. It is worth to popularize in this country.
