摘要
CMMI is a new process improvement model that is being developed by SEI. It is the evolution of process improvement and it may be representative of next generation of process improvement model.This paper provides a brief overview of the history of CMM family,the need for integration of those models ,the status of the CMMI effort,and the different descriptions of CMMI.
