对Ⅰ型杆件角焊缝在允许未焊透情况下的超声波探伤进行了探讨,对是底部夹渣还是未焊透的反射信号进行了分析,找出了区别方法。

Ultrasonic testing for fillet welds of I beam structure which allow lack of penetrations in welds is discussed in the paper. The analysis and identification for the signals of slag inclusions from lack of penetration in root pass have been studied. A method for evaluation of weld quality is then concluded.
