摘要
目的 明确我省中小学生肠道寄生虫病的分布流行现状 ,为制定防治措施提供科学依据。方法 采用卢戈氏碘液涂片法检查肠道原虫 ;改良加藤氏厚涂片法检查蠕虫卵 ;肛周透明胶纸肛拭法检查蛲虫卵 (12岁以下儿童 ) ;试管滤纸培养法检查线虫幼虫。结果 调查 2 0个县 (市 ) 32个调查点中的 34 85名中小学生 ,寄生虫总感染率为 5 8.77%。男、女感染率分别为 5 9.2 4%和 5 8.2 6 %。查见 12种肠道寄生虫 ,其中线虫 3种 ,原虫 9种。各寄生虫感染率分别为 :蛔虫 47.5 2 % ,蛲虫 2 5 .0 4% ,鞭虫 0 .92 % ,结肠内阿米巴 7.12 %。蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫 5 .6 5 % ,溶组织内阿米巴 0 .5 2 % ,哈氏内阿米巴 0 .34 % ,微小内蜒阿米巴 3.5 3% ,布氏嗜碘阿米巴 0 .89% ,人芽囊原虫3.0 7%。海东农业区学生感染最高 (6 9.5 3% ) ,青南牧区最低 (37.40 % )。感染 2种以上寄生虫者占 2 2 .95 %。
Aim In order to reveal the present status of intestinal parasites infection in pupils and middle school students in Qinghai province.Method Using iodine staining method,modified Kato Katz thick smear method and nematode larva culture method.Result Stool specimens of 3485 students from 32 spots in 20 counties/cities were examined,an overall infection rate of 58.77% was showed.No significant difference in the infection rate was found between men(59.24%) and women(58.26%).Altogether 12 species of parasites involving 4 species of nematodes and 7 species of protozoa were detected.The infection rates of respective parasite were as follows:Ascaris lumbricoides 47.46%, Enterobius vermicularis 25.04%, Trichuris trichiura 0.92%, Entamoeba coli 7.12%, Giardia lamblia 5.65%, Entamoeba histolytica 0.52%, Entamoeba hartmanni 0.34%, Endolimax nana 3.53%, Iodamoeba buetschlii 0.89%,Blastocystis hominis 3.07%.The highest infection rate was 69.53% in Haidong rural area.The lowest infection rate was 37.49% in South Qinghai plateau.Multiple infection was 22.95%.
