肝包虫合并胆囊胆总管包虫诊治分析

A CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF THE DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF HEPATIC ECHINOCOCCOSIS COMBINED WITH ECHINOCOCCSIS OF GALLBLADDER AND COMMON BILE DUCT

为探讨肝包虫合并胆囊胆总管包虫症的诊断与治疗 ,本文结合文献对复杂性肝包虫病的临床特点及治疗方法进行了分析。认为在诊治肝包虫病时 ,不能排除患者同时合并有无胆道梗阻和感染症状的胆囊胆总管包虫病的可能 ,应结合影像学、实验室检查结果 ,及临床表现术中所见等进行综合分析和诊治。

In order to diagnosis and treatment of heptic echinococcosis combined with echinococcosis of gallbladder and common bile duct,the clinical features and treatment methods of the complex hepatic echinococcosis were analyzed and the references were reviewed.It is suggested that the posibbility of hepatic echinococcosis combined with echinococcosis of gallbladder and common bile duct in the cases without obviously obstruction and infection of biliary tract should been paid attation.The final clinical diagnosis and treatment were made according to the results of image,laboratory examination,clinical manifestation and intra operative findings.
