十二指肠残端漏的治疗

THE MANAGEMENT OF DUODENAL STUMP FISTULA

目的 探讨十二指肠残端漏的治疗方法。方法 回顾分析我院 10年间 8例十二指肠残端漏的治疗。结果 5例发生于十二脂肠球部溃疡毕Ⅱ式胃大部切除术后 ,3例发生于胃癌根治术后 ,治愈 7例 ,死亡 1例。结论 十二指肠残端漏治疗的关键是发现及时 ,充分引流及有效的营养支持。

Aim to search for the treatment of duodenal stump fistula. Methods the treatment of 8 patients with duodenal stump fistula was analyzed retrospectively. Results Of the 8 patients,5 occurred fistula after partial gastrectomy for the duodenal ulcer and 3 occurred after radical resection for the gastric cancer,7 patients were cured and one died. Conclusions The treatment of duodenal stump fistula are the early diagnosis,fully drainage,effective nutrition support.
