摘要
研究了Cu-P-Sn钎料的熔化性能和显微组织。钎料成分用计算机进行优化,分析了少量附加元素对钎料强度和组织的影响。用该钎料钎焊的接头性能同用银基钎料钎焊的接头进行了比较,结果表明,Cu-P-Sn钎料具有良好的机械性能和工艺性能,强度和塑性接近或达到了用银基钎料钎焊的接头性能。
In this paper the melting property and microstructrure of Cu-P-Sn filler metal have been investigated. The compositions have been optimized by the use of computer. The effects of other additional elements on strength and structure of filler metals are analyzed, the mechanical properties of joints brazed with new filler metals have been tested and compared with that brazed with silver base filler metal.The results show that Cu-P-Sn filler metal exhibits good mechanical and technological properties, the strength and ductility of brazed joints approrches or reaches to that brazed with siler base filler metal.
