341例口腔鳞癌病变部位及颈淋巴结转移的临床分析

CLINICAL ANALYSIS ON THE PATHOLOGIC REGION AND LYMPH METASTASIS IN 341 CASES OF PATIENTS WITH ORAL SQUAMOUS CELL CARCINOMA

目的 对 34 1例口腔鳞癌的病变部位及颈淋巴结转移进行临床分析。方法 作者搜集了 1988年 5月至 2 0 0 0年 2月间在学习和工作中遇到的 34 1例口腔鳞癌病例 ,分别记录年龄、性别、病变部位及颈淋巴结转移情况 ,并进行统计分析。结果 34 1例口腔鳞癌的病变部位排列次序为舌、颊、牙龈、口底、腭 ;40～ 6 0岁为高发年龄组 ,其淋巴结转移率为 35 .48% 。

Objective To study the pathologic region and lymph metastasis of 341 patients with squamous cell carcinoma.Methods The authers reviewed 341 cases with oral squamous cell carcinoma from 1988 to 2000,recorded and analysed their ages,sexes,lesions and lymph metastasis.Result The arrange order of the oral squamous cell carcinoma is tougue,cheek,gum mouth floor,palate.It has higher incidence in 40-60 years old patients and the rate of their lymph metastasis is 35.48%.Carcinoma of mouth floor shewed highest incidence rate.
