双针腋路阻滞法在前臂以下手术中的应用

APPLICATION OF THE AXILLARIES ROUTE DOUBLE NEEDLES BLOCK ANESTHESIA IN FOREARM SURGERY

目的 观察双针腋路阻滞法在前臂以下手术中的效果。方法 对 5 5例前臂手术患者施行传统的臂丛腋路阻滞法 (传统组 ) ,对 2 7例前臂手术患者应用双针腋路阻滞法 (双针组 ) ,观察并比较两种方法的麻醉效果。结果传统组阻滞完善 41例 ,阻滞欠佳 14例 ;双针组阻滞完善 2 6例 ,阻滞欠佳 1例 ,均未发现不良反应及并发症。结论 双针腋路阻滞法操作简单安全 ,效果确切 ,优于传统腋路阻滞法。

Objective To observe the effect of axillaries route double needles block anesthesia in forearm surgey.Methods The traditional brachial plexus block (traditional group) was performed in 55cases of patients and axillaries route block in 27 cases (double needles group) and the anesthetic effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results 41 cases were completely blocked and 14 cases were incompletely blocked in traditional group;26 cases were completely blocked and 1 case was incompletely blocked in double needles group.There were neither side effects nor complications could be found.Conclusion The method of axillaries route double needles block is simple and safe and shows a better effect than the traditional one.
