高分辨率CT对周围型小肺癌的检查价值

The Diagnostic Value of HRCT for Small Peripheral Lung Cancer.

目的 探讨高分辨率 CT对周围型小肺癌的检查价值。方法 对 30例直径≤ 2 cm的周围型小肺癌进行高分辨率 CT(HRCT)与常规 CT扫描所获图像对比分析 ;并讨论 HRCT的检查技术和图像后处理。结果 高分辨率 CT对肺癌征象 (脐凹征、伪足征、支气管气象、分叶征、毛刺、胞膜凹陷征、血管集中束、空洞等 )的显示率明显高于常规 CT。结论 对直径≤ 2 cm的周围型小肺癌最好的检查方法是采用常规 CT结合高分辨率

Objective To asse ss high resolution CT(HRCT) for small pe ripheral lung cancer.Methods We analyzed comparatively the HRCT an d routine CT images of 30 patients with small peripheral lung cancer(≤2cm)and d iscuss HRCT technology and post-treatmen t of images.Results The sh owing rate of HRCT for lung cancer sign (umbilication,pseudopodium,air-bronchogr am,lobulation,spiculation,pleural indent ation,blood vessel concentrating beam,ca vity and so on)is obviously higher than that of routine CT.Conclusion The best way fo detecting small peri pheral lung cancer is routinc CT combini ng HRCT.
