高效液相色谱法测定五味子药材中五味子甲素的含量

Determination of deoxyschisandrin in schisandrin chinensis(Turcz) baill, by RP-HPLC

目的 :建立 RP- HPL C测定五味子药材中五味子甲素含量的方法。方法 :固定相为 Nova- Pak C1 8反相柱 ( 4 μm,15 0 mm×3 .9mm) ,流动相为甲醇 -水 ( 5 7∶ 4 3 ) ,检测波长为 2 4 9nm。结果 :该方法的线性范围为 0 .13 6～ 1.3 5 61μg( r=0 .9999) ,平均回收率为 98.84 % ,RSD=2 .19% ( n=5 )。结论 :本法简便 ,准确 ,灵敏度高 ,重现性好 ,可用于五味子的含量测定。

OBJECTIVE:To develop a method of RP HPLC for determination of deoxyschisandrin content in schisandrin chinensis (Turcz) baill. METHOD:RP HPLC analysis was carried out by using Nava Pak C 18 column (4μm, 150mm×3.9mm) and methanol water (57∶43) as the mobile , and the detection wavelength was 249nm. RESULTS:The method was linear within the range of 0.136~1.356 μg (r=0.9999 ), and the average recovery was 98.84%, with the RSD of 2.19%(n=5 ).CONCLUSION:The method was simple, accurate, highly sensitive and reproducible. It may be used for the quantitative determination of deoxyschisandrin in schisandrin chinensis (Turcz) baill.
