注射用泮托拉唑钠的配伍稳定性考察

HPLC determination and stability of study pantoprazole sodium injection

目的 :对注射用泮托拉唑钠与 3种常用输液配伍的稳定性进行初步考察。方法 :用 HPL C法测定了配伍前后 3小时内泮托拉唑的含量 ,同时测定了 p H及外观变化。结果 :泮托拉唑与氯化钠注射液配伍时较稳定 ,而与葡萄糖及氯化钠葡萄糖注射液配伍时则出现含量下降、变色。结论 :注射用泮托拉唑与氯化钠注射液可以配伍使用 。

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the stability in three infusions. METHOD: Pantoprazole was determined by HPLC and the pH was determined with a pH meter. The descriptions were observed. RESULTS: There was no significant change of the mixture of Pantoprazole sodium injection and sodium chloride infusion, but the mixture of Pantoprazole sodium injection and glucose infusion or glucose and sodium chloride infusion were unstable. CONCLUSION: Pantoprazole sodium injection can be mixed with sodium chloride infusion, but can not be mixed with glucose infusion or glucose and sodium chloride infusion.
