归龙通脉饮治疗动脉硬化性脑梗塞132例临床观察

Clinical observation of the therapeutical effects on 132 cases of cerebral arteriosclerosis infarctional patients treated with Gui Long Tong Mai Yin

目的 :观察归龙通脉饮对动脉硬化性脑梗塞的临床治疗效果。方法 :将 2 15例确诊为动脉硬化性脑梗塞的病人随机分为治疗组 (132例 )和对照组 (83例 ) ,治疗组口服归龙通脉饮 150ml/次 ,3次 /日 ,2 0天为 1疗程 ;对照组口服复方丹参片 4片 /次 ,其他与治疗组同。结果 :与对照组比较 ,治疗组血脂水平显著降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,血流变学指标显著改善 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :归龙通脉饮能显著改善动脉硬化性脑梗塞患者的血脂和血流变指标 ,具有进一步研究开发价值。

objective: To observe the therapeutical effects of Gui Long Tong Mai Yin(GLTMY) in treatment of cerebral arteriosclerosis infarctional patients(CASIP). Methods: 215 cases of pathologically proven CASIP were divided into study group(132 cases) and control group (83 cases) at random. For study group, 150ml GLTMY was taken orally a patient one time, three times a day, and a treatmental period is 20 days; for the control group, 4 tablets of Fu Fang Dan Shen Pian were taken orally a patient one time, others are the same with the control group. Results: Compared with the control group, the study group decreased the levels of blood liquid and improved the rheological state significantly (P<0.01). Conclusions: GLTMY can improve the levels of blood liquid and rheological state of CASIP, and worthy to make a deeper research.
