自拟疏肝散结方治疗乳腺增生症148例疗效观察

The clinical effect of Shu Gan San Jie Fang on 148 mammoplasia cases

目的 :观察疏肝散结方治疗乳腺增生的临床疗效。方法 :自拟中药疏肝散结方内服。结果 :148例患者中 ,治愈 10 3例 ,显效 2 5例 ,有效 18例 ,无效 2例 ,总有效率 98%。结论 :疏肝散结方治疗乳腺增生 ,疗效确切 ,疗程较短 ,且无不良反应 ,值得临床推广应用。

Objective: To study the clinical effects of Shu Gan San Jie Fang on mammoplasia. Method: Taking the invented Shu Gan San Jie Fang decoctum. Results: The results of 148 cured cases were indicated as following: 103 cases curative; 25 cases, obviously effective; 18 cases, effective; 2 cases, no effective and the total effective rate, 98%. Conclusions: The clinical effects of Shu Gan San Jie Fang on mammoplasia are certain, the remedial time is short and there is no untoward reaction. The study also indicates that its foundation of better remedial effects to diagnose mammoplasia earlier and treat it in time.
