摘要
目的 :对应用汞量电位法测定 PG- K、Na含量时碱水解所需的时间进行研究。方法 :采用 RP- HPL C法和 TL C法分别对碱水解 0~ 15分钟的溶液进行测定。结果 :PG- K2分钟即可完全水解。对 3批青霉素钾和 5批青霉素钠的测定与中国药典( Chp1995 )水解 15分钟的方法比较 ,结果一致。结论 :采用汞量法测定 PG- K、Na含量时 ,碱水解时间可修订为 5分钟 。
OBJECTIVE:The hydrolysis time in an alkaline solution for the determination of PG K,Na by mercurimetric potentionmetry was studied.METHOD:RP HPLC and TLC were used to monitor the solution which hydrolyzed in 0~15 minutes.RESULTS:The result shows that PG K could be hydrolyzed completely in 2 minutes 3 batches off PG K. Five batches of PG Na were determined according to the above condition (hydrolyzed 2 minutes) and ChP (1995) condition. The results were in agreemen.CONCLUSION:The hydrolysis time in an alkaline solution for the determination of PG K,Na by mercurimetric potentionmetry was suggested to be 5minutes.
