摘要
目的 :探讨灯盏花注射液对慢性低氧大鼠肺脏和心肌自由基损伤指标的影响。方法 :3 0只 SD大鼠随机分为对照组、低氧组、灯盏花组 ,分别测定动脉血氧分压 ( Pa O2 )、心肺组织匀浆超氧化物歧化酶 ( SOD)活性及丙二醛 ( MDA)含量。结果 :Pa O2与心肺组织 SOD活性呈显著正相关 ,与 MDA含量呈显著负相关。与低氧组比较 ,对照组及灯盏花组心肺组织匀浆 SOD活性明显升高 ,MDA含量明显下降。对照组与低氧组之间无显著性差异。结论 :慢性低氧大鼠体内存在氧化抗氧化失衡 。
OBJECT: To observe the change of superoxide dismutase and malondialdehyde and the effect of breviscapus injection on chronic hypoxic rats. METHODS: 30 male Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: control group, hypoxic group, breviscapus group (breviscapus 4mi/kg, injected through celiac before hypoxia everyday). At the end of 4 weeks ,the arterial oxygen pressure (PaO 2),activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) in lung and heart tissue homogenate as well as the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) were measured.RESULTS: The PaO 2 had positive correlation with the activities of SOD in lung and heart tissue homogenate and negative correlation with the the contents of MDA. In breviscapus group,the activity of SOD and content of MDA in lung and heart tissue homogenate showed remarkable significance compared with hypoxic group( P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Our study indicated that the imbanlance of oxidants and antioxidants is occured in chronic hypoxic rats,breviscapus injection can mitigate this condition.
