肺结核患者血清白介素18的定量检测

Measurement of interleukin-18 in serum of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis

目的 探讨白介素 18( Interleukin- 18,IL- 18)在抗结核菌感染中的作用。方法 采用酶免疫技术 ( EL ISA)检测 4 0例肺结核患者和 2 0例健康人群血清中 IL - 18和 r干扰素 ( Interferon- r,IFN- r)。结果 肺结核患者血清中 IL - 18和 IFN- r水平均显著高于健康对照。 IL - 18水平和 IFN- r水平呈明显的相关性。结论 IL - 18可能在肺结核病人抗结核菌感染免疫中发挥重要作用。

Objective To investigate the role of interleukin 18(IL 18) in human tuberculosis.Method The serum levels of IL 18 and interferon r(IFN r)in 40 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and 20 healthy controls were evaluated by ELISA.Results The levels of IL 18 and IFN r in pulmonary tuberculosis were significantly higher than those of healthy control subjects.Circulating IL 18 significantly correlated with circulating IFN r.Conclusion IL 18 may play an important role in immune response to human infection with Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
