上颌窦浆细胞肉芽肿(附3例报告)

Plasma cell granuloma of maxillary sinuses

目的 :探讨上颌窦浆细胞肉芽肿的临床特征及治疗方法。方法 :结合文献复习 ,报告 3例上颌窦浆细胞肉芽肿患者的临床资料。结果 :3例经 Caldwell- L uc手术 ,术后结合类固醇激素及抗变态反应药物治疗 ,疗效良好 ,随访 0 .5～ 2年未见复发。结论 :上颌窦浆细胞肉芽肿是一种炎症反应性病变 ;CT检查多见上颌窦骨壁侵犯 ,有类似恶性肿瘤的影像学表现。本病患者预后大多良好。

Objective:To study the clinical features and treatment of plasma cell granuloma in maxillary sinuses.Method:The clinical information of 3 cases was reported and the literatures were also reviewed.Result:All of the 3 cases were cured after Caldwell Luc operation combined with oral corticosteroids and antiallergic agent. Recurrence hasn′t been found in half to 2 years follow up period.Conclusion:Plasma cell granuloma of maxillary sinus is a chronic inflammatory lesion with unknown origin. In almost all of the cases, CT images showed some degree of involvement of the bony wall of the maxillary sinuses. The imaging findings mimick malignant tumors. But the prognosis were quite well in most of the patients.
