丽参注射液对血透相关性低血压患者血管内皮细胞功能的影响

Effect of Jinsheng Injection on functions of Vascular Endothelial cells in patients with hypotension connected to hemodialysis

目的 :观察丽参注射液对血透相关性低血压患者血管内皮细胞功能的调节作用。方法 :采用前瞻、对照研究 ,将 5 0例病人随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组予 5 0 %葡萄糖注射液 +丽参注射液 ,对照组予 5 0 %葡萄糖注射液静脉注射 ,观察两组临床疗效 ,及放免法测定血ET、PGI2 、TXB2 含量 ,比色法测定血NO含量。结果 :治疗组总有效率较对照组高 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ,复发率较对照组低 ,差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1) ,且治疗组心率及心衰改善较对照组差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。治疗组治后ET、PGI2 水平上升 ,NO、TXB2 水平下降 ,治后与治前差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1) ;对照组治疗前后差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :益气固脱法可显著提高血透相关性低血压的临床疗效 ,减少复发 ,改善心血管功能。

Objective:To investigate the effect of JinSheng Injection on the function of vascular endothelial cell in patients with hypotension connected to hemodialysis.Methods:According to study of prospect and contrast,50 patients were divided into two groups:treating group with 50% Clucose injection and Jinsheng injection,Control group with 50%Glucose.clinic effects of the two groups were observed.Gontains of ET、PGI 2 and TXB 2 in blood were tested by radioimmunoassay;contains of NO in blood by colorimetry.Results:The total effects rate of treated group is higher than control group.there was significance difference(P<0 05).And there was very significance difference between the two groups in heart rate and heart failure.Contains of ET and PGI 2 of treated group in blood after treated is higher than before treated,while NO and TXB 2 is lower.There was very significance difference between before treated and after treated(P<0 01), and there was no significance difference in control group(P>0 05).Conculsion:Jinsheng injection can enhance clinic effect、decrease recurrence and improve cardiovascular function.Jinshing injection play an important role in regulating functions of vascular endothelial cell.
